Choose Small, Medium or Large—these three sizes are included at no extra cost. Share your pet’s approximate length or weight and preferred colours/design. Sizes larger than Large may cost extra; we’ll confirm any surcharge first.

Personalisation: Upload a clear pet photo and complete the required Personalisation details field above when placing your order. Include your pet’s name, preferred art style, colours and text, plus the relevant size, device model or fit details. Select the product style or format above if available. Your photo and notes are submitted with the order; we’ll send an artwork proof for approval before production.
Before ordering: Contact us through Contact Us with your order number to confirm the available bed dimensions. Include your pet's preferred bed size, a clear photo, pet name, art style, colours, text and any other design instructions. We will send the artwork for your approval before production. A custom size may change the price.
Please note: The bed price does not include the digital pet portrait. Purchase the Custom Digital Pet Portrait separately for each physical product.
